Anyone who has reached the age of 18 and has a valid work permit in Turkey can participate. Only one regional competition can be applied for the same year.

Each competitor must serve 1 cold/iced and 1 hot/warm signature drink.

In every glass:

Non-fo brand products, alcohol, prohibited substances, raw milk and raw egg whites.

Espresso machine, grinder, coffee beans, Fo products, milk, water and basic bar equipment are provided by Fo Türkiye. Contestants can bring their own milk jug, tamper or accessories.

Yes, but only products that are non-alcoholic, do not contain prohibited substances, are harmless to health and must be prepared in advance (e.g. Cold Brew, fermented drinks, frozen fruits/vegetables). These products can only be used together with Fo products.

Yes. Objection applications can be made until 00:00 on the day of the competition. Applications are evaluated within 12 hours.
